We get out into the conservatory everyday now and love chasing around. But for some reason Ash was a bit laid back today and preferred just to sit around watching me chase a mouse.
But he had to join in at the end. You can see our antics in the video…
We’re getting closer to our big day outside, but first we’ve got to learn how to use a catflap. Apparently there’s one to get out into the conservatory and then another microchip one (whatever that is) to get outside and back in.
I thought it was so easy to go through and understood it straight away, but Ash needed a little bit of coaxing at first, but he soon got the hang of it.
You can see us discovering the catflap in the video…
We love playing with our toys, Cassie is getting really good at football, especially with the new ball that keeps lighting up…
But I love my old faithful scratching post, but that mouse that hangs off it just won’t give up tantalising me, I keep giving it a lot of bites but it stays there day after day… Read the rest of this entry
We both like to get our treats between meals, but Ash can get a bit greedy and likes to help himself…
He’s getting quite good at finding treats and opening the box, so we can both have a sneaky feed…
Typical of Ash though is he always wants me to give him a wash after he’s got me some treats. It’s true there’s no such thing as a free lunch. Read the rest of this entry
Merry Christmas!! It’s Christmas day and everyone is happy.
There’s lots of 2leggeds here today and it’s great because they’re all making a fuss of Cassie and me (even more than usual).
We’ve got even more toys to play with as well as lots of tasty treats. The best part is they’ve let us into a big long room we weren’t allowed into before and we can really get some speed up running from one end to another…
Well, they’ve left the Christmas tree up and we’re still having loads of fun with it. Everyone tries to distract us and coax us away from playing in the tree. How naive…
They’re busy preparing for Christmas and we’re told all the family is coming, so that sounds like lots more stroking and being picked up and hopefully a few extra treats Read the rest of this entry
We couldn’t believe it… We woke up this morning and strolled into the lounge and there was a big tree in the corner, where it came from we’ve no idea, but it looks like we’re going to have great fun with it, cos it’s like the biggest toy we’ve ever seen! It’s great for climbing up and it helps our teething when we chew it!!
There’s also lots of boxes with shiny things in, we’re not sure what they are, but I have a funny feeling we’ll find out soon. Read the rest of this entry
Wow, there’s lots more snow, we love watching it out of the window. It must of been a common sight for our ancestors in Norway.
We’d love to go out and play in it but, you’re not going to believe this, we’ve got to go back to that vet place again for another jab before we can go outside!! Read the rest of this entry
Well, we just got back from the vets again. We both feel a little sleepy or maybe the word I’m looking for is drunk.
What a shock!! We went down in the cage basket and had another jab, but then we didn’t remember a thing until we woke up in different carriers facing each other. I (Ash) tried to reach Cassie through the bars, but she was still fast asleep and she was wearing a strange collar. Read the rest of this entry
